How Prototyping Increases Buy-In and Acceptance 

We’ll discuss how Business Analysts can improve executive and stakeholder buy-in on projects through utilization of prototyping or wireframing tools. In particular, we will review the top and easiest to use tools BA’s can equip themselves with. By visualizing solutions and reducing misconceptions, prototyping greatly contributes toward a higher level of success for BA’s to build buy-in and acceptance for product development.
